I like long walks on the beach, real talks, and sitting on my back porch after a summer's rain – oh yeah, and always with a nourishing cup of tea in hand!
Herbal tea has long been a ritualistic comfort of mine. My mother was always serving up some hot cup of mystery brew that brought me immense comfort and joy. When I graduated from high school and moved away from home, it was the daily ritual of making my own herbal blends that brought me the most comfort and kept the homesickness at bay. I always felt like my mum was right there with me with every sip of the way.
Over the years the bountiful benefits and power of these herbs and botanicals have become my simplest support system – which is how INSTIL came about. What started out as a personal nostalgic daily ritual, has manifested into a life long study and passion. I am excited and grateful to be able to share my love and obsession for tea and plant medicines with you!
When I'm not working on INSTIL, you can catch me getting my hands dirty in the garden, hiking with my fur baby, guiding a meditation class, or backpacking the globe in search of life's next plot twist!
