Preparation Instructions:

• Serving: 1 tsp / 8 fl. oz water
• Temperature: 90˚C/195˚F (slightly below boiling)
• Steep Time: 8-10 minutes

Steeping Tips:

• Cover your cup while steeping to preserve the aromatic and sleep-enhancing benefits of the herbs.
• You may wish to steep longer to get more enriched therapeutic value. 
• If you're looking for a stronger flavour profile we suggest experimenting with adding more tea, rather than over-infusing (which can make some herbs taste bitter).
• To prepare the perfect iced tea, steep double strength, then pour over ice.
